Taigh na Laige, Kildonan is a light and airy holiday cottage with stunning views over The Minch towards the Outer Hebrides. The holiday cottage is perfectly positioned for those looking for a relaxing holiday yet with easy access to explore the rest of the Isle of Skye. Located at the end of the peninsula, the cottage is not overlooked but yet is less than a 5 min drive to the main road.
Taigh na Laige opens into a large open place lounge / kitchen / dining area which is light and bright, yet with the log burner, is cosy as well. The lounge area has a corner sofa, TV with Freeview and a DVD player. There is a selection of DVD's games and books for guests to use. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, washing / drying machine, fridge, small table top freezer and a microwave. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
The double bedroom has a wall mounted TV, dressing table with mirror and chair, wardrobe with drawers and lovely sea views. A cot is available on request for infants. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin.
Outside there is a picnic table to enjoy the views from and a BBQ for guests to use. Parking is to the front and side of the property and there is room for bike storage and muddy boots at the rear of the holiday cottage.

Cottage en pleine nature, avec une vue magnifique. Au calme , aucune mitoyenneté.
Très propre, très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge avec fonction séchage, four). Le poêle à bois nous attendait, il n’y avait plus qu’à allumer le feu ! Le plus dur, est de rendre les clefs en partant, car aucune envie de partir !

Located in a quiet spot along a little road, this bungalow has everything we wanted and more. From watching the wildlife out the front window to being able to go for walks along the coast, this is ideal for anyone who loves the great outdoors. Close enough to Portree to be accessible yet far enough to be unaffected, the location was perfect and the bungalow itself was clean, tidy and nicely presented.

My wife and I really enjoyed the quietness of the cottage. Remote but not too remote. We loved the view! Cant wait to come back and stay there again.
