Coronavirus Information

Scotland has now moved beyond Level 0 and you can see the current information here. There are no restrictions for self-catering properties but please do familarise yourself with the current guidelines.

If your booking becomes affected by lockdown restrictions, we will work with you to find a solution. We can move bookings to new dates free of charge, provide credit notes, or if directly affected by the restrictions, give a refund of the rental amount.

We have a dedicated page for frequently asked questions in relation to Coronavirus and we will send more specific details for your holiday cottage with the booking confirmation.

However, if you still have a question please just contact us and we will get back to you.

Booking Protect

For added piece of mind, Booking Protect can be added to your booking through Islands & Highlands Cottages.

Booking Protect covers a wide range of accidents, emergencies, health issues and other situations that can lead to a guest cancelling their booking. And they include testing positive for coronavirus. As you go through the booking process, you will be asked if you wish to take the cover and the associated fee will be shown.
