Cnoc na Lobhta is a beautiful and modern family home overlooking Loch Dunvegan in Husabost on the Isle of Skye.
Entering Cnoc na Lobhta there is a spacious open plan living area with large windows filling the space with natural light. To the right down some stairs there is the lounge area with log burning fire, two sofas, chairs, coffee table and TV with Sky. There is a selection of games and books and patio doors leading out to the garden. There are spectacular views out of the window over Loch Dunvegan and over to The Coral Beach and Dunvegan Castle in the distance. You may also spot some minke whales!
Back up the stairs there is the fully equipped kitchen with sink, double oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. The dining area leads on from the kitchen with log burning fire, dining table and ten chairs and TV. There are patio doors leading to the garden with patio area.
Leading on from the dining area into the hallway to the right is a small staircase leading to two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, two bedside tables, two lamps a TV and a sliding wardrobe with shelves and hanging space. There is a patio door in each room leading out to the garden. The family bathroom is at the end of this hallway with bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink.
Along the hallway is a staircase that leads up to the two double bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite shower room with walk in shower, toilet and sink. There is a king sized bed in each room with two bedside tables, two lamps and a wardrobe with hanging space.
By the front door is the utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and sink. There is a W.C with a toilet and sink.
Outside there is a patio area with a BBQ and patio furniture. Perfect to admire the views from on a summers evening! There is parking at the property for up to two cars.
It is a short drive to The three Chimmneys in Colbost, Neist Point Lighthouse in Milovaig and Cafe' Lephin in Glendale.
It is about a 7 mile drive to Dunvegan where you can find Dunvegan Castle and gardens a grocery shop and a selection of cafe's and restaurants.
