Meet Hajni, our very own Transylvanian Hungarian!
After Sara headed for new adventures in March, Hajni has quickly became part of the Islands & Highlands Cottages team. Responding to enquiries and processing bookings Hajni’s role in the office means that she gets plenty of opportunity to practise her language skills. Prior to moving to Skye in 2012, she worked in a number of different roles including making electrical cables and cooking up a storm in the kitchen in a homeless centre!
Over the last 7 years here in Skye, she has been brushing up her language skills and is currently finishing her English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) course. Hajni relaxes by tending the garden, her gingerbread decorating skills are second to none and she can’t live without coffee and a good Hungarian goulash.
