Keeper’s Cottage

We stayed at keepers cottage two years ago & our daughter was married on An Coran beach close by. It was perfectly situated to visit the Quiraing, Kilt rock, Lealt falls & the Old Man of Storr. So it was a no brainer to book again for their wedding anniversary & to visit many other beautiful sites that we didn’t have time for on our first trip. Keepers cottage was perfect for our family group. Sun rises are beautiful there & evening walks around the bay. The cottage is well equipped with plenty of room & it was lovely to be able to include our dogs in the family trip. We will look forward to returning again in the future. Thank you.

What a lovely house to stay in! It is in a beautiful location just a short walk from Staffin Beach, and the house itself was great. it looked small from outside but it was massive, with 4 large double/twin bedrooms. The house was warm and very comfortable with an excellent drying room (which came in handy as we had rain most of the week). The only thing that we couldn’t find were oven gloves but we bought some and left them there for the next occupants. We will certainly be booking to go back here

The cottage was ideal for our family group of 4 adults and 2 children – we had plenty of space and it had everything we needed. The location was great and we enjoyed being able to walk over to Staffin beach. Also convenient for the amenities of Portree. Handy local shop and community restaurant which we would also recommend. The main improvement would be a second shower in the other bathroom. We may be interested in returning in 2027!
