Ben Edra Croft is situated in Clachan by Staffin. It is a traditional two bedroom croft house with spectacular views over Staffin to the Trotternish ridge. It is just a short walk into Staffin where there are two cafes and the local shop. In addition, Ben Edra Croft is near to many popular attractions such as An Corran beach, The Quiraing and Kilt Rock, to name a few!
On entering the property there is a spacious porch and utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. The utility room leads into the open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with sink, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area has a dining table and four chairs.
Through the hallway there is a bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Next we step into the snug lounge with electric fire, sofa and two lamps. Ideal to curl up with a book or play a game. The main lounge follows on and has two sofas, a T.V., two lamps and a selection of books and games.
Upstairs are the bedrooms, to the left there is a double bedroom with double bed, two bedside tables, two lamps, two chest of drawers and a TV. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with two single bed's, two bedside tables and two lamps. There are two chest of drawers and a TV. Both bedrooms have lovely views of the Trotternish ridge and looking over Staffin Bay.
Outside the garden surrounds the property. There is a washing line and a large picnic bench – perfect to enjoy a meal on a summer's day!
There is a parking space for one car next to the small lane.
