Flashadder, North West Skye

Solace, Flashader is a small crofting township close to the sea loch Loch Greshornish on the Isle of Skye. Located between Portree and Dunvegan, Solace makes an excellent base for exploring the island.

On entering Solace there is a small bright porch leading in to the large hallway. Straight ahead is the dining room and snug, a great space to relax in, play games and curl up with a log fire! There is a dining table with two chairs and two benches, and two comfortable armchairs to enjoy whilst taking in the views from the large windows.

The spacious bright and modern kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, fridge freezer, oven, six ring electric hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a microwave. This leads through to the utility room where you have a washing machine and tumble drier, and off the utility room is a small cloakroom.

The formal lounge has a very comfortable L shaped sofa, armchair and wall mounted T.V. There is a small office leading off from the lounge with a desk and chair, ideal for those looking to do some work whilst away from home.

Also on the ground floor, there is a cosy bedroom with a single bed, bedside table, reading lamp and small chest of drawers, and the large family bathroom which comprises of a bath, walk-in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin.

Upstairs opens up into a light and airy living area with large velux windows giving views of Loch Greshornish and beyond. There are two couches to relax upon and a selection of games to enjoy.

The master bedroom has a double bed perfectly positioned below the velux window, ideal for star gazing! There are two bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers. The en-suite comprises of a walk-in shower, wash hand basin and W.C.

The second double bedroom also has a double bed perfectly positioned below the velux for star gazing! There is a bedside table with reading lamp, a chest of drawers and two built in wardrobes.

A large grassy garden surrounds the property offering daffodils in spring, fruit bushes for summer treats and a patio area to enjoy those occasional warm sunny days upon! From the back garden, there is a stile over the fence and a path that leads you to the loch shore.

There a gravel driveway with parking for up to three vehicles and a washing line.

Please note: Arriving at the property there is a large metal gate, please ensure this is closed behind you as there is livestock in the area.
