The entrance hall is spacious and has ample space for muddy boots and wet jackets. This leads to the utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and a large fridge freezer. There is also a cloakroom for guests to use.
The light and airy kitchen diner is perfect for family meals whilst taking in the 180 degree views. There is a well equipped kitchen with Aga, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and nespresso machine. The dining table has ample space and seating for six people, and there is a seating area to recline on afterwards with a dram or two. The lounge is cosy with a log burner, TV and two sofas to curl up on.
The second hall leads to the three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin. They each have bedside tables with lamps and storage. One of the double bedrooms has patio doors leading to the garden, whilst the other has a shower ensuite. The family bathroom has a walk in shower, roll top bath, W.C. and wash hand basin.
The property is surrounded by a grassy garden and there is a large picnic table to enjoy alfresco dining. You can take a short stroll through the grass in front of the house to a beautiful and secluded sandy bay.
