Half of One Culnacnoc

Half of One, Culnacnoc, is a getaway from it all holiday cottage. Situated along the gravel track to Brother's Point, it has amazing views over the coastline towards Rona and the mountains of Torridon in the distance.

The main house has it's living accommodation on the ground floor. There is an L shaped lounge with sofa and armchairs for relaxing upon, an open fire for cosy evenings and a TV for entertaining. There is also a desk area for those looking to catch up on work, and a selection of games for wet days. There are patio doors leading out onto the sheltered patio at the rear of the cottage.

The kitchen is well equipped with a Range Master electric cooker with 5 ring hob and ovens, a dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a Nespresso machine for morning coffees and a window seat to watch the world go by and savour the view.

The dining room has a table seating 8 people comfortably. There is a telescope for guests to use and ample windows letting in light as well as showcasing the amazing views from the holiday cottage.

The utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, there is also a hanging rail for damp clothes, coat hooks and shoe racks. Iron & Ironing board are available. The back door leads into this room and is the perfect way to enter after a walk to explore the coastline. There are two family bathrooms on the ground floor. One has a bath, W.C. and wash hand basin whilst the other has a large walk-in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin.

Upstairs the main staircase there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin. Both have storage for clothes and enjoy sea views. The twin bedroom has a spacious ensuite with walk-in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. The second staircase leads to a further twin bedroom with ample storage and dual aspect windows.

The main house sleeps up to 6 people. To sleep a further 2 people, there is the Studio which is set next to the main house. The studio is an open double bedroom with high ceilings, large sliding glass doors, a roll top bath and a W.C. and wash hand basin. There is a chest of drawers for storage and an easel and art board for those inspired by the views.

The garden is surrounded by mature shrubs. There is a picnic table and grassy lawns from which you can enjoy the views. There is parking for two vehicles to the side of the property.

The property accepts up to two well behaved dogs. However, please note that the property is surrounded by croft land where sheep and lambs present so dogs must be kept on leads.

The property is located in very close proximity to some of the most iconic attractions in Skye such as 'Lealt Falls' and 'Kilt Rock'. The Old Man of Storr and the Quirrang are easily accesible on this side of the Island and conveniently it is a simple 20 minute drive to Portree the largest village on the Island.

Please note: there is a gravel road to the property that may not be suitable for sports cars with lower suspensions.
