The property is entered through the entrance hall where you will find coat hooks and a shoe rack. The ground floor then opens into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with an Aga, an electric oven, a hob and a microwave for cooking. There is a full height fridge freezer, dishwasher, nespresso machine and washing machine / dryer for guests to use. There is a dining table with six dining chairs to enjoy family meals upon.
Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with walk in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin, and you can gain access to the back garden.
The stairs lead up to the first floor where the lounge with views over the harbour awaits you. There are two generous settees, a coffee table, a side table with lamps and an arm chair from which to enjoy your favourite programmes on the TV and dvd player whilst relaxing in front of the log burner. Internet is available for guests to use and the TV is connected, so you can log into your Netflix or Amazon Prime account.
The master bedroom is spacious and enjoys views over the harbour. It has a king size bed, bedside cabinets with side lamps, a chest of drawers, a trunk and there is a built in wardrobe.
On the second floor there is a further two bedrooms; a double bedroom with bedside cabinet and lamp, an arm chair, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and has views of both the harbour and the back garden, and a twin bedroom with two single beds, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and a bedside cabinet with lamp. The family bathroom has a shower, bath, W.C. and wash hand basin.
The back door leads onto a narrow path at the rear of the property. There are steep concrete steps leading up to the raised garden. There is a summer house with swing chair and side table. Along with a wooden bench, lawn and mature shrubs creating a little haven in the middle of Portree. And the views over the roof of the property are quite nice too!
Please note: Unfortunately due to the garden access and steep uneven steps at the rear of the property with a wooden hand rail- Please note the hand rail is due to be replaced due to been wobbly and weathered, use at your own risk. It is unsuitable for children 8 years old and under.
