Glenview Cottage is entered via an entrance porch with coat hooks and a boot rack. The cosy lounge offers wonderful views of the bay below. It has a TV with FreeSat, DVD player, CD player and a selection of games, DVD's and books. There are two very comfortable sofas and an electric fire for snug nights in.
The kitchen / dining room is very well equipped with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washer / dryer. There is a dining table with four chairs next to the patio doors which offer great views over the bay. Allowing direct access to the garden, the patio doors open the house up in the summer months.
The downstairs bathroom has a W.C., wash hand basin and electric shower.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a twin and a double. They both have chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, a mirror and a chair. There is a hanging area in the hall for dresses and shirts.
The garden and lawn is set below the cottage and offers panoramic views of the hills of the Trotternish Ridge as well as Uig Bay.
As the driveway is steep and can be hard for vehicles to use, parking for the cottage is at the top of the driveway in a bay at the side of the single track road.
The cottage welcomes one pet and has a dog bowl for guests to use.
