The spacious entrance porch is the perfect place to leave damp jackets and muddy boots. To the side there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and ample space to hang clothes or store boxes. The entrance porch leads into the spacious living areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two dishwashers, double oven, 5 ring hob, large American style fridge freezer and microwave. There is a breakfast bar with two stools and a comfortable family area with TV, games console and patio doors leading out into the garden.
The dining area has an extendable table with chairs seating up to 10 people comfortably. A high chair or a booster seat can be provided on request. The dining area flows into the spacious lounge which has a double height ceiling, wood burning stove, two very comfortable sofa's, smart TV with Freeview and floor to ceiling windows offering stunning views over the grassy meadow and Uig Bay. Patio doors lead out into the garden.
There is a double bedroom with king size bed and patio doors, and a twin bedroom on the ground floor. Both have en-suite shower rooms with W.C. and a wash hand basin, bedside cabinets with wireless charging lamps, wardrobe and smart TV’s. The family bathroom has a bath with hand held shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. There is a booster step for kids to reach the basin.
Upstairs there is a mezzanine area with two chairs, foot stool, coffee table and a selection of books as well as a small collection of toys and board games. There are two spacious double bedrooms, each has a king size bed, sofa, dressing room with hanging area and dressing table, large ensuite shower room, smart TV and bedside cabinets with wireless charging lamps.
Outside, there is a dining table with chairs to enjoy the stunning views. As it is newly built, the garden is still to be fully developed. There is parking to the side of the house for three vehicles.
To sleep an additional two people, and increase the occupancy to 10, the twin bedroom on the ground floor has two additional single guest beds that can be requested at the time of booking. There is a fee of £150 which will be added to the balance of your holiday. Please note: the twin bedroom will become a quad and space will be limited.
One Mill Lands is happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs. There is a pet fee of £50 per pet per week that will apply. This can be requested at the time of booking.
