Creagach Cottage, Geary is a light and airy luxury holiday cottage on the Waternish peninsula. With 180 degree views of Loch Snizort and the Trotternish Ridge leading out the Western Isles on the horizon, it is a wonderful place to base yourself for a relaxing holiday. There is an award winning restaurant in the area with Michelin Star Loch Bay Restaurant in the village of Stein, local cafes and art galleries are abundant on the peninsula and there are plenty of walks taking in cliffs, historic churches and sea views.

Entering Creagach through the rear porch, there is ample room for removing muddy boots and leaving damp jackets. Here you'll also conveniently find the washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. This leads into the hallway and then into the heart of the cottage.

The spacious kitchen / dining room is bright and fresh with an electric hob and double oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toastie maker, a filter coffee and an esspresso coffee maker. The dining area can seat four people easily and has stunning sea views over Loch Snizort.

The cosy lounge also has superb sea views over Loch Snizort. Picture windows frame the vistas and will steal the show over the TV any day! There is a very comfortable sofa with two arm chairs, log burning stove creating a cosy ambience on winter evenings, TV with Freeview, DVD player and a BOSE wireless speaker to play music through. There is also WiFi available throughout the property.

There are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with lamps, built in wardrobe and an ensuite with walk in shower, W.C. and wash hand basin. This room has views to the front of the property and over Loch Snizort.

The second bedroom has a double bed, large built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets with lamps. Both bedrooms have a hairdryer and a digital Roberts alarm clock. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, W.C. and wash hand basin.

Outside there is ample parking around the cottage. There is a sheltered seating area at the rear of the cottage and to the front, small paths wind their way around the garden whilst the views open up in front of you. Creagach Cottage, named after the small island just in front of the holiday home, is a perfect cottage to get away from it all.
