Perfect for honeymoons and special occasions, The Bothy at No 7 Achachork is a luxurious holiday cottage in the crofting township of Achachork, just a couple of miles from the centre of Portree. The cottage has sweeping views over the crofts towards Portree and the Cuillin mountains in the distance. Architecturally designed, The Bothy offers a very high standard of accommodation and is ideal for couples looking for something a little special!

As you enter the stone cottage, the light hallway has coat hooks for wet jackets and space for muddy shoes. The kitchen / dining room / lounge is a spacious room with the lounge having a double height cathedral ceiling and large windows / patio doors letting light flood in. The focal point of the lounge is the wood burning stove, perfect for creating a cosy atmosphere even on the wildest of days! There is a deep sofa to curl up on and an arm chair, flat screen TV, Sky TV, DVD player, Ipod docking station, CD player and speakers. Next to one of the large windows you'll find a table with two chairs, ideal for romantic dinners! The very well equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar with two stools, double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Also on the ground floor the double bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table with wash hand basin and a flat screen TV. The main bathroom is next door and comprises of a stand alone bath, walk-in shower with rain shower head, W.C., bidet and wash hand basin.

There is a spiral staircase leading up from the lounge to the upper floor. Open to the lounge below, the office area is light and bright. There is a PC with printer for guests use, books, maps and games. Wi-fi is available throughout the cottage and there is a phone for guests to use. To complete The Bothy's touch of luxury, there is a Finnish sauna, cross trainer and a second bathroom with shower, W.C. and wash hand basin.

In the garden there is a BBQ, picnic table and chairs to enjoy lazy afternoons whilst savouring the views. Off street parking is to the side of the cottage by the front door.

A cot can be supplied for pre-toddler infants. However due to the nature of the cottage, the property is unsuitable for older infants/children to stay.
