Kantara offers retro style with a sympathetic modern contemporary interior. It has been furnished and decorated to a high standard with light and airy rooms and there is BT Infinity WiFi throughout for guests to use. A welcome gift of wine and shortbread is left for guests to enjoy.
The front door opens into a light and airy porch and hall way. The cosy dining / living area has views of the front garden. There is a three seater settee and footstool from which to enjoy the wall mounted Freeview flat screen television and the Art Deco feature fireplace with wood burner stove effect fire. The dining area by the bay window overlooks the garden and has an extendable table with 4 dining chairs.
The modern kitchen is well equipped to the highest standard. Designer kitchen units provide ample storage and an electric oven and hob, washer / dryer, fridge with ice box and a mini dishwasher alongside cutlery and cooking utensils plus microwave, toaster and coffee making machine.
Both double bedrooms have an ensuite with power shower and ample storage.
On occasion the owners stay in a private apartment in the property.
