6 Fasach, Glendale is set on its own croft on the hillside and has sweeping views towards MacLeods Tables, Glendale and over the Minch to the Outer Hebrides. Built over 100 years ago, this holiday house has been recently refurbished retaining many of the traditional features.
The holiday home has a light and airy dining/sitting area with a sofa, log burner, dining table and chairs plus two windows which offer superb views over the landscape.
The living room has a three seater sofa and two armchairs, log burner and digital TV with SkyTV available. The window again offers great views over the croft.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and washer dryer. The back door leads out of the kitchen and through a porch which is perfect for leaving wet jackets and muddy walking boots.
Upstairs, the self-catering house has two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room. There is a family bathroom with an electric shower over the bath and a second separate toilet. A travel cot is available for guests to use. Please request it at the time of booking as it is not generally at the cottage.
The garden is secluded with trees and shrubs creating a peaceful area. To the side of the house there is a picnic table, ideally positioned for enjoying the views in a tranquil corner of the Isle of Skye.
