Busy busy busy….1297 bookings along with weddings in the Fairy Glen, we sorted out lost property, bin collection dramas … you know, the usual kind of stuff!
Seriously though, it was a very busy summer! Special shout out to all the housekeepers who keep things running smoothly!
Between June-Aug we welcomed a total of 3,269 people (adults and wee ones) booked into our holiday homes across Skye and Lochalsh.
During this summer the majority of our visitors were from UK, US, Germany, France and The Netherlands but we also welcomed folk from further afield including Australia and Singapore!

First snow on the Cuillins and the chance to take a breath! Time for cottage owners to carry out those routine maintenance jobs that are simply impossible during the main holiday season.

Looking forward to 2020
Bookings are already coming for our holiday cottages and it is looking like it will be another great year.
Visit Scotland’s theme for 2020 is Year of Coast and Waters. Perfect for our coastal location! And yes, we will be using this as a great opportunity to promote and celebrate our fantastic coastlines, lochs, and ….err… whisky! Have we mentioned that 2020 sees the launch of malt whiskies from our two newest distilleries – Isle of Raasay and Torabhaig? Read our blog
